Let’s face it. We don’t really need an excuse to make delicious homemade fudge, but we’ll take one. And this excuse comes in the form of St. Patrick’s Day. I mean, you’ve got to have something festive for the holiday, don’t you?

This St. Patrick’s Day Green Fudge is certainly festive. Not only is it a beautiful shade of green, but we’ve even added some sprinkles. Serve it up after your St Patrick’s Day dinner and everyone will love it!

This white chocolate fudge is not only festive, but it tastes amazing too. It’s such a nice change from the typical chocolate fudge. Best of all, the food coloring and sprinkles transform it into an indulging dessert that’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.

  • 2 ½ cups sugar
  • ⅔ cup half and half
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 7 oz. jar of marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • regular green and neon green food coloring

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ sticks of butter
  • 2 ½ cups sugar

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

    We love white chocolate and after the holidays, pretty much forget about it til next year. What a nice way to enjoy it and have a festive celebration – to have at home or bring to work or a get together!
