Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots are packed with tropical flavors and easy to make with coconut rum and blue curacao.

These electric blue jello shots are inspired by the Blue Hawaiian Cocktail.
Like the famous cocktail, the shots feature a blend of fruity, tropical flavors.
They are perfect for serving up at birthday parties, summer celebrations, BBQs, and any time really. I mean who can turn down a fruity jello shot?!

Ingredients
Here is what you will need…
- 1 (3 oz.) package Berry Blue Jello mix
- ½ cup boiling water
- ¾ cup coconut rum (such a Malibu)
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup Blue Curacao
- whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and fresh pineapple wedges; for garnish
How to make blue Hawaiian jello shots
- Combine jello mix and boiling water. Stir until the Jello mix is fully dissolved.
- Stir in coconut rum, pineapple juice, and blue curacao. Cool for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Pour into containers and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours (or overnight).
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with maraschino cherries and/or fresh pineapple wedges before serving.!
Recipe Tips
- Place your jello shot cups in a baking pan or muffin tin (as shown above) to easily carry them to and from the fridge.
- Make your jello shots the night before your party or event so that they will have plenty of time to set.
- Use a disposable foil baking pan and disposable 2 oz cups for easy party transport and clean-up.
