Peach vodka jello shots are easy to make with peach-flavored vodka, peach gelatin, water, and a peach ring garnish. The adult-friendly treat makes a great addition to a summer party!

Peach Jello Shot Ingredients

- Peach jello mix – You will need two 3-ounce boxes of peach jello or one larger 6-ounce box,
- Peach vodka – We used Absolut Peach but there are many other options including Smirnoff Peach, Stoli Peachik, and Pinnacle Peach Vodka. While peach-flavored vodka gives the shots a double dose of peach flavor but regular vodka can be used as well and you will get plenty of peach flavor.
- Water: You will need 3 cups of water: 2 cups of boiling water and 1 cup of cold water.
- Gummy peach rings – Also called Peach-Os, these are an optional but fun garnish.
You will also need
- medium saucepan to boil water
- 2 ounce plastic shot cups with lids – these plastic condiment cups are perfect for jell-o shots.
- mixing bowl – use a mixing bowl with a spout for easy pouring.
How to Make Peach Jello Shots with Vodka

- First, jello powder mix is added to boiling water and whisked until dissolved then whisked together to dissolve.
- Next, cold water and vodka are added
- The jello mixture is then poured into small plastic shot cups and chilled in the fridge until set.
- Add a peach candy ring to the top of the jello shots before serving.
Pro Tip:
Place the 2-ounce cups on a rimmed sheet pan or in a cupcake tin to make moving them to and from the refrigerator easier.
Storage
Store jello shots covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Freezing is not recommended.
Recipe variations
- Peach Schnapps Jello Shots. Replace half of the cup of vodka in the recipe with peach schnapps for extra peach flavor.
- Crown Peach Jello Shots. Swap the vodka for Crown Royal Peach.
- Non-Alcoholic Peach Jello Cups. Use water in place of the alcohol in the recipe for a non-alcoholic version.

Peach Vodka Jello Shots
Equipment
- 2 ounce plastic cups with lids
Ingredients
- 6 ounces peach jello mix
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup peach vodka
- 16 peach-o candies for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine jello mix and boiling water. Whisk until Jello is fully dissolved, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in cold water and peach vodka.
- Place plastic jello shot cups in a shallow baking pan. Pour the jello mixture evenly into the plastic cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator until fully set (at least 2 hours, overnight is best).
- Place peach rings on the top of jello shots before serving.
