  2. It is amazing how you can make so many things in an Instant Pot!!!! We love Shrimp Scampi, so we are SO trying this!

  3. My husband and I can’t agree on whether this is better with rice or pasta, but we do agree the shrimp is awesome!

  4. Absolutely yes!
It’s nice to try recipes on pasta that I haven’t experimented with yet, and this one deserves a lot!
    Thank you

  5. Yes, make sure it is frozen because I did not and my shrimp came out overcooked and tough. Ugh very disappointing. Next time I will definitely try frozen. The sauce was great!!

  6. 3 stars
If you follow this recipe as shown you’ll end up with a rubbery mess. Use large frozen shrimp for 0 minutes & quick release.. even then they’ll be almost over done. I also recommend adding pepper before pressure cooking.

  7. This was amazing. My first time doing it. I love garlic so I used a lot but kept everything else the same. This will be in my rotation from now on. Thank you so much. Oh and we ate it with the tricolor round pasta noodles from Costco. Mahalo for the recipe!

  8. One minute? Cooking time 1 minute? I’m reading that you use frozen shell on raw shrimp and cook it on the meat/stew setting for just 1 minute and then a natural release for 5 minutes. Surely that can’t be correct! Help! I don’t want to waste 2 pounds of shrimp!
