Cranberry lovers everywhere will fall in love with this delicious bubbly cranberry mimosa! It is easy to prepare and the perfect cocktail for holiday parties.
Cranberry everything is one of the best parts of the holiday season, don’t you think?
It’s such a delicious flavor that is so underrated the rest of the year. You bet I’m going to find every excuse to include cranberry in my recipes – including alcoholic beverages such as the vodka cranberry cocktail and these cranberry mimosas!
This refreshing cranberry mimosa is a must-try bubbly cocktail for the holiday season.
Cranberry mimosa recipe
If you’ve had the chance to try my Christmas mimosa, Apple cider mimosa, or pink lemonade mimosas, then you already know just how delicious mimosas are. But if you haven’t tried one with cranberry juice – you must!
Like my cranberry champagne punch, this beautiful mimosa with cranberry juice is incredible and fits right in with the holidays.
Enjoy your delicious cranberry cocktail on Christmas Day or host a fun afternoon with friends as a break from the holiday chaos. But if you decide to make yourself a cranberry juice and champagne mimosa for absolutely no reason, that’s fine too! No judgment here.
One of my favorite things about mimosa recipes is how easy they are to make. They take just minutes to prepare so they are the perfect crowd-pleasing drink.
If you’d rather guests be able to prepare their own cocktails, you can do that too! Since there are only a few ingredients, anyone can grab a drink and carry on to the rest of the party rather quickly.
Not a champagne person? No problem! You can easily swap out the champagne for other options such as vodka (just keep in mind the higher alcohol content). The great thing about holiday alcoholic beverages is you can make them however you like, so feel free to make it your own!

Tips for the Best Cranberry Mimosa
- Chill your champagne and cranberry juice ahead of time to get a nice cold mimosa.
- Although optional, adding a sprig of rosemary and a few fresh cranberries to each glass really makes for an elegant holiday cocktail.
- Serve immediatly. This bubbly holiday drink isn’t good for making ahead.
FAQ
While you can use any cranberry juice for this recipe, my favorite that I highly recommend is Simply Cranberry. I love their line of juice cocktails as they are so rich in flavor and go so well with recipes.
It depends! If you’re serving these at a party with a large crowd of people, I highly recommend these shatterproof plastic flute glasses. If you’re not concerned about the glasses breaking, you can also try serving these Champagne flutes or these stemless flute glasses.
If you’re going to be serving these at a Christmas party or other holiday gathering, you’ll want to be prepared. My personal preference is to set everything up so that guests can serve themselves. This way, you can preserve the carbonation in the champagne.
However, if you prefer to go the easy route – you can premix a pitcher of these holiday cocktails. But keep in mind that it won’t be as bubbly as if you made them at the time of serving. Also, be sure to keep the pitcher refrigerated. No one enjoys a warm mimosa! I actually want to pick up one of these drink dispensers for this very purpose!
Don’t miss my other winter cocktail fave, the icy-blue jack frost cocktail. It will have you forgetting your winter woes in no time!
