  • rainbow sherbet
  • candy eyeballs

Monster Sherbet Halloween Sundae

While we made our monster sundaes using rainbow sherbet, you could use your children’s favorite flavor of ice cream instead. But I do love the monster vibe the bright rainbow colors of the sherbet give this fun Halloween treat.

These 2-ingredient Monster Sherbet sundaes make a fun and easy Halloween treat for kids -- and they take just 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 half-gallon rainbow sherbert
  • 1 package edible eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Scoop sherbet into a serving bowl.
  2. Top with candy eyeballs. Serve immediately.

Run ice cream scoop under warm water to make scooping easier.
