Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or other natural sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ bag premixed coleslaw or 2 cups shredded cabbage, 1 shredded carrot, ½ head chopped broccoli

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, agave nectar, salt, and pepper.
  • Add coleslaw mix (or shredded vegetables) and toss to coat well.
  • Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Notes

The flavor will get even better overnight, but you can serve immediately, if desired.

    Cole slaw in summer is my kryptonite. I eat it with everything and even on my hotdogs and hamburgers! Having a skinnier version is perfect! Thanks for the recipe
