Shamrock Lollipop Supplies
- 25 Green Apple Jolly Rancher hard candies
- 2 Shamrock lollipop molds – be sure that your molds are oven safe!
- 8 lollipop sticks (4 inch)
- Food storage baggie
- Rolling pin or hammer
How to Make Shamrock Lollipops
Unwrap Jolly Ranchers.
Preheat oven to 200°. Line a cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper and set aside.
Place the unwrapped Jolly Rancher candies in a plastic bag and seal tightly, making sure all of the air is out of the bag. Use a rolling pin or a hammer to break the Jolly Rancher candies up into small pieces.
Generously fill each shamrock mold with the Jolly Rancher pieces. Place the candy mold sheet on the parchment-lined cookie sheet and into the pre-heated oven. Depending on your oven, it will take about 7-9 minutes for the Jolly Ranchers to melt completely.
Once the candies have melted, remove the mold from the oven. Insert a lollipop stick into the center of each shamrock cavity.
Chill for 30 minutes. Gently release each lollipop from the mold and enjoy!

Wow! What a great recipe! I am not a drinker, and I hate that the only thing people ever have for St. Patrick’s Day is green beer! And I’m Irish, so I absolutely ADORE that these are GREEN lollipops shaped like Shamrocks! How cute and delicious is that?! Thank you for sharing this! I pinned it, saved it, and I can’t wait to make these with my 4 year old niece! She is going to love them! Thanks so much! Happy St.Paddy’s Day! xoxoJJ
