In my world, sugar cookies are pretty much the best thing ever. Especially ones with sprinkles on top! Sweet, chewy, buttery goodness. Mmmmm… so good!
I also go crazy for some good homemade fudge — especially around the holidays. (Don’t miss my go-to chocolate peanut butter fudge recipe.)
So, I thought what better treat to make this Christmas than a sugar cookie flavored fudge?

How to Make Sugar Cookie Fudge
Start by gathering everything that you will need, which will be simple since this fudge recipe only calls for 5 simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- white chocolate chips
- sugar cookie mix
- sweetened condensed milk
- butter
- Christmas sprinkles (or rainbow sprinkles if you prefer)
Supplies
- 9 x 9 baking dish
- parchment paper
- non-stick spray
- large pot
- spoon / spatula, for stirring
Now it is time to get down to business.
Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and a thin layer of non-stick spray and set aside. The parchment paper and non-stick spray will help you remove the fudge easily once it has set.
Next, heat the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat in a large pot. Once hot, stir in the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter.
Continue to heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Once the mixture is smooth, stir in some sprinkles.
Finally, pour the fudge mixture into your prepared baking dish and then top with lots more sprinkles.
Place in the refrigerator and allow to set overnight, or until firm (at least 2 hours). Slice and serve.

Note: The recipe was updated in 2021 to include butter, which was not in the original ingredient list. This makes the recipe 5 ingredients, rather than the 4 ingredients it used to be. If you came here from a pin or post that said it has 4 ingredients, this is why.
I appreciate you letting me know but when I click on the link it says the post was removed. I am interested to know the name of the FB group so that I can look out for it.
The first batch – made according to recipe was fine, but I added a splash of whole milk so I could actually stir it. I just tried it a second time, but used a bag of peanut butter/milk chocolate chips instead of white chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie mix instead. So far what was on the spoon tasted really good. We’ll see how it turns out
Turned out great! So I think you can use some creativity – as long as you use a softer chip (not semi-sweet chocolate chips) and any kind of cookie mix – go for it!
I just finished making this and it’s setting in the fridge now. My 6yo daughter and I have been making different flavors of fudge each week since advent began. This one seemed really dry and crumbly. I used ghirardelli white chips. Won’t know for sure how it firms yet. But the remaining bits in the pot tasted fantastic albeit dry and crumbly. But it’s a pandemic and we have nothing better to do atm so 🤷🏻♀️
Do you have to use two bags of white chocolate chips, or will one suffice?
You need to use 2 bags, unless you want to try to half all the ingredients and make in a smaller pan like a loaf pan. I haven’t tried to halve the recipe before but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work
How much white chocolate bark should I use for this recipe?
2 ½ cups of white chocolate bark
Very easy, tasty fudge. I made this with my granddaughter. It was our first attempt at fudge. We cut the pieces very small.
I love that you and granddaughter were able to enjoy this recipe together!
i just made this and it would be easier to melt the white chocolate with the sweetened condenced milk first before aadding the sugar cookie mix because all it did was make sugarcookie dough and wouldnt mix very well. i made tradtional fudge with my grandma i think she would like this recipe. really easy and affordable
What’s a sugar cookie mix? Don’t have that here

So when you say sugar cookie mix you just dump the whole box of powdered cookie mix into the ingredients?
Yes–except not the whole package, only 1 ¼ cup of sugar cookie mix.
