Have you ever had a dark and stormy? This apple cider rum cocktail was actually inspired by the classic dark and stormy cocktail!

The major difference is that this recipe calls for hard apple cider instead of ginger beer.

Easy 3-ingredient apple cider cocktail inspired by the dark and stormy.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz apple cider
  • 3 oz hard apple cider
  • 2 oz dark rum 
  • apple slices for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. Pour apple cider and hard apple cider into a highball or Collins glass filled with ice.
  2. Add rum.
  3. Garnish with the apple slice, if desired.
