How to Make St. Patrick’s Day Frozen Hot Chocolate

In a pot over medium heat, mix together whipping cream, condensed milk, milk, white chocolate chips, and food coloring.
Cook for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
In a blender, add about 5 cups of ice and 2 cups of chocolate mixture.
Blend until thick and pour into glasses.
Garnish with whipped topping, fun sprinkles, and/or Lucky Charms marshmallows.

- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups whole milk, or 2%
- 1 cup white chocolate chips , or white melting chocolate
- green food coloring
- In a pot over medium heat, mix together whipping cream, condensed milk, milk, white chocolate chips, and food coloring.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn heat to low and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and alllow to cool completely.
- In a blender, add about 2 cups of ice and 1 cup of green chocolate mixture.
- Blend until thick and pour into glasses.
- Garnish with whipped topping, fun sprinkles, and/or lucky charms marshmallows.
