Fresh peaches, a lemon, and mint sprig on cutting board.
  • Fresh peaches: 2 Cups chopped or about 4 medium-size peaches. Fresh, ripe peaches will provide the best flavor but frozen peaches can be used instead, if needed.
  • Water: You’ll need 2 cups of water for the peach syrup and 2 cups to add with the lemon juice.
  • Sugar: Adjust sweetness to your taste or swap for a bit of honey or agave.
  • Fresh Lemon juice: Freshly squeezed is key for the brightest flavor.
  • Ice: Essential for serving cold and refreshing.
  • Garnishes (optional): Fresh peach slices, lemon slices, and fresh mint sprigs.

Storage

Fridge: Store in a sealed pitcher or jar for up to 4 days. Stir before serving.

To make ahead: You can prepare the peach mixture and refrigerate it, then add lemon juice just before serving for the freshest flavor.

Tips for the Best Peach Lemonade

  • Strain twice for extra-smooth lemonade.
  • Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • Roll lemons before juicing to get the most juice.
  • Taste and adjust sugar after mixing in lemon juice.

Additions and variations

  • Boozy twist: Add a splash of vodka or rum for an adult version.
  • Sparkling peach lemonade: Top with sparkling water for bubbles.
  • Herbal infusion: Add basil or thyme for a fresh herbal note.
  • Popsicles: Pour the finished lemonade into popsicle molds and freeze for a frozen treat.

  1. I love peaches… what about monk fruit sugar? Same amount? And I love the pulp… have you tried keeping the pulp in? My blender is really good and actually juices so just curious! Thanks… Andrea
