Pour simple syrup into a small bowl and some Halloween sprinkles into another. Dip the glass rim into the simple syrup and then into the sprinkles.
Set aside.
Fill the glasses to the rim with ice.
In a bar shaker add 2-3 pieces of ice, vodka, pucker, green food color, silver shimmer, and triple sec. Shake to combine
Pour your cocktail mix into each glass top with lemon lime soda
