Kid-friendly Lunch Kebabs

As much as I miss days spent at the beach, I do love the Fall season.

We have got back into the swing of our Fall routine. My only struggle has been with mealtime.

As I am sure any parent can relate, kids can be picky when it comes time to eat.

While I can prepare the most healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for my son, I can’t make him actually eat them.

That is why I was so happy to see PAW Patrol String Cheese in the cheese section at our local Walmart. My son loves PAW Patrol and was super excited to see all of his favorite characters on the PAW Patrol String Cheese packaging.

In addition to enjoying PAW Patrol String Cheese as a wholesome, fun, and convenient snack, I have been trying to find new ways for my son to enjoy PAW Patrol String Cheese.

That is how I came up with the idea to make turkey, apple, and cheese kabobs. During Fall we always have apples on hand, so incorporating apples into these kabobs was perfect.

Start by gathering your ingredients and supplies. For this easy recipe you will need PAW Patrol String Cheese, an apple, turkey, and skewers.

TIP: To make the kabobs as kid-friendly as possible try using plastic drink stirrers for the skewers. The plastic stirrers don’t have a sharp pointed end like typical wooden skewers.

Next, cut the cheese, apple, and turkey each into 6 pieces and thread them onto your skewers.
