Creamy Mint Chocolate Chip Dip combines refreshing mint and rich chocolate chips in a no-bake dessert that's ready in 10 minutes. Perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime snacking.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in confectioners sugar, mint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula and mix until smooth and combined. *TIP: Make the color slightly darker than you want because it will lighten when the Cool Whip is added.
Fold in the whipped topping and mini chocolate chips.
Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top, and serve with cookies or fruit for dipping.

You can make this dessert dip up to 2 days in advance and refrigerate until serving. Just give a nice stir and sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top before serving.
Don’t overmix the dip once the whipped topping is added. Fold it in gently to keep the dip fluffy.
