This Champagne Punch with Sherbet and pineapple juice is a tasty party drink that's perfect for serving a crowd. Easy, sweet, and bubbly!
Ingredients
46ouncecan pineapple juicechilled
1quartclub sodachilled
¾cupconfectioners sugaror to taste
½cuplemon juicechilled
2750 mlchampagnechilled
1quartorange sherbet
Instructions
Pour pineapple juice, club soda, confectioners sugar, and lemon juice to a large punch bowl. Stir well to combine and dissolve the sugar.
Add champagne and scoops of orange sherbet when guests arrive. I like to add half the sherbet immediately and reserve the other half to add after it melts.
Notes
Chill all liquid ingredients well before making the punch.
I recommend a dry champagne. Use your favorite brand - doesn’t have to be expensive.
Serve in a 2-gallon (or larger) punch bowl.
This recipe yields enough for ~40 servings. This should be enough for 20 people at a daytime event like a baby shower or brunch where each person would have 2 glasses of punch. It won’t serve as many at an evening party (think New Year's Eve) where people may having more than 2 glasses each.
