2poundsbaby carrots
¼cuplight brown sugarpacked
3Tablespoonsbuttersliced
2Tablespoonshoney
½teaspoonsaltor to taste
¼teaspoonpepperor to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Arrange carrots in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium-low heat, whisking often until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and whisk in the honey, salt, and pepper.
¼ cup light brown sugar, 3 Tablespoons butter, 2 Tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper
Pour the glaze over the carrots and toss to coat evenly. Spread the carrots into a single layer.
Roast for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, toss the carrots, and return to roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
Toss the carrots one final time, then transfer them to a serving bowl.
