This S’mores Dip is a great way to get all that gooey delicious S’mores flavor without all the mess (or campfire)! Perfect for parties, this easy 3-ingredinet dessert dip is always a hit.
Ingredients
12ouncesmilk chocolate chipsI used Ghirardelli
10-12ouncesmarshmallows1 bag, regular size
graham crackersfor dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Add chocolate chips to an 8- or 9-inch pie pan or baking dish in an even layer.
Arrange marshmallows in a single layer on top of the chocolate chips.
Bake on the middle rack for 4-5 minutes, or until marshmallows are melted and begin to turn golden. Keep a close eye on the oven because the marshmallows can burn quickly.
Allow to sit ar room temperature for 5-10 minutes to cool slighlty before serving warm. Serve with graham crackers or your favorite dippers.
Notes
Best served immediately, although you can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave or oven.
For best taste use high-quality milk chocolate chips such as Ghirardelli or Guittard. Or try swapping the milk chocolate chips for Hershey chocolate bars, like traditional s’mores.
Get creative with the dippers. Try pretzels, Oreos, vanilla wafers, or fruit, such as strawberries or apple slices.
