A delicious fruit salad made with fresh grapes tossed in a creamy dressing and topped with cruncy pecans. Great as a side dish or a dessert!
Ingredients
1 ½poundsgrapeswashed and dried, approximately 4 cups
4ouncescream cheesesoftened
1cupplain Greek yogurt
2Tablespoonsgranulated sugaror to taste
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
2Tablespoonscrushed pecans
2Tablespoonsbrown sugarpacked
Instructions
In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Taste and adjust sweetness to personal taste.
Stir in the grapes.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until serving.
Before serving, stir the brown sugar and crushed pecans together. Sprinkle over the top of the grape salad (either on the full bowl or on individual servings) and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
