Air fryer chocolate chip cookies are the perfect quick and easy chocolatey treat. Made completely in the air fryer, a batch of these crispy and gooey cookies can be whipped up in just 15 minutes without even turning on the oven!
Ingredients
½cupunsalted butterroom temperature
¼cupdark brown sugar
¼cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1large eggroom temperature
1 ⅓cupall-purpose flour
½teaspoonkosher salt
1teaspoonbaking soda
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Line your air fryer tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until combined. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Working in batches, place 4-5 balls of dough into the air fryer basket. Air fry the cookies at 300° F for 7 minutes.
Remove the air fryer basket from the air fryer and allow the cookies to cool in the basket for minutes 5 before transferring to a wire rack to cool fully.
