An easy air fryer spiral ham recipe with a sweet, tangy, and zesty maple pineapple glaze.
Ingredients
3poundsboneless spiral ham
¼cuppure maple syrup
1TablespoonDijon mustard
2teaspoonsdry mustard
½cuppineapple chunks
¼cuppineapple juice
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, stir to combine maple syrup, Dijon, and dry mustard. Add the pineapple chunks and pineapple juice, and mix until all ingredients are combined. Set aside.
Unwrap your ham and remove the netting. Wrap the ham in a single layer of aluminum foil, keeping the seam near the top so that it is easy to open.
Place the foil-covered ham into your air fryer basket and cook at 290°F for 15 minutes.
Open the air fryer, peel back the foil, and drizzle the glaze (pineapple chunks included) over the ham. Re-cover with foil and cook for 25 more minutes.
Open the air fryer again, peel back the foil, and use a basting brush (or spoon) to cover the top of the ham with the glaze. Return ham to the air fryer uncovered to cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Allow the ham to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve drizzled with the remaining glaze or topped with additional pineapple chunks, if desired.
Notes
Depending on your air fryer and the size of your ham, it may take slightly less or more time to cook. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
