Incredibly rich and creamy, this easy chocolate peanut butter fudge recipe has just 3 ingredients and can be made in the microwave in under 5 minutes!
Ingredients
10ouncesemi-sweet chocolate chipsor dark chocolate chips
10ouncepeanut butter chips
14ouncesweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Line a square 9 inch pan (or 8 inch) with parchment paper. Set aside.
Set aside ⅓ cup of peanut butter chips. Combine remaining ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat for 25 seconds, stir well, and reheat for another 25 seconds as needed until you get a smooth consistent texture.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth with an offset spatula. Sprinkle with remaining peanut butter chips, gently pressing them down in to the top of the fudge.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until set (or overnight).
Lift the parchment paper to remove the fudge from the pan. Cut it into 1-inch square pieces for bite-sized servings.

Chocolate chips: Semi-sweet, milk chocolate, or dark chocolate chips can be used. Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freezer for up to 3 months.
