Easy Crockpot

INGREDIENTS

– Carrots – Light brown sugar – Butter, melted – Minced garlic – Salt – Fresh thyme or fresh parsley, finely chopped, (optional garnish)

Place chopped carrots in the crockpot.

Whisk together the glaze. Pour the glaze over the carrots and toss to coat.

Cover and cook on high until the carrots are fork tender.

Serve warm, with a garnish of fresh thyme!
