Add the eggs, orange juice, melted butter and sour cream to the mixture and beat until smooth and combined.

Pour the batter into the bundt pan, evening the top with a spatula or spoon.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tested inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean or with a few dry crumbs.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Whisk together the confectioners sugar and 2 Tablespoons orange juice until smooth and thick. Add additional orange juice if needed to thin it out to desired consistency.
2 cups confectioners sugar, 2-3 Tablespoons orange juice
Drizzle the glaze over the cake and allow to sit for 10 minutes or until set before slicing and serving.
Notes
If you prefer a thinner glaze, add more orange juice a teaspoon at a time.A thicker glaze will create a thick layer of icing as shown in the photos above, while a thinner glaze will soak into the cake slightly for extra moisture.
