This easy grinder chicken salad is packed with shredded chicken, salami, pepperoni, and a creamy dressing—serve it on a bun, with crackers, or just a fork!
Ingredients
Salad
2cupsshredded or diced cooked chicken
¼lbsalamichopped
¼lbpepperonichopped
¼lbprovolone cheesechopped
½cupcherry tomatoessliced
½cupsliced banana peppers
½red onionthinly sliced
Dressing
1cupmayonnaise
½cupItalian dressing
1tspItalian seasoning
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, salami, pepperoni, provolone, tomatoes, banana peppers, and onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Italian dressing, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve chilled, on bread, a bun, crackers, or on it's own.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3 days.
