This fruit salad is bursting with fresh berries and fruit, all tossed in a light honey lime dressing. It’s easy, flexible, and always a hit at any meal.
Ingredients
Honey-Lime Dressing
2Tablespoonshoney
1medium lime, zested and juiced
Salad
1poundstrawberries, hulled and quartered
2cupscubed fresh pineapple, about half a medium pineapple
1poundred seedless grapes, halved if desired
6ouncesblueberries
6ouncesblackberries
3mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
4kiwi, peeled and sliced
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime zest, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
Add all the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Best enjoyed within a few hours but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.If making ahead, store dressing separately and toss together about an hour before serving.
