Cranberry Fluff is a quick and easy no-bake dessert salad that's perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any holiday gathering.
Ingredients
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
8ouncesCool Whipthawed
14ounceswhole berry cranberry sauce
20ouncescrushed pineappledrained
2 ½cupsmini marshmallows
½cupsweetened coconut flakesoptionally toasted
½cupchopped pecans
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth.
With the mixer on low, mix the Cool Whip into the cream cheese until just combined.
Stir in the cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, and shredded coconut into the cream cheese mixture.
Fold in the mini marshmallows and pecans.
Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3. I like to allow it to chill overnight before serving. The flavor gets better as it sits.
