This 2-ingredient peanut butter fudge is rich, creamy, and unbelievably easy—just peanut butter and frosting, melted and chilled to perfection. No baking or cooking required!
Ingredients
18ozcreamy peanut butter
16ozvanilla frosting
Instructions
Line a square 9x9 pan (or 8x8) with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine peanut butter and frosting in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Return to microwave for an additional 30 seconds; stir well.
Transfer the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Use an offset spatula to smooth into an even layer.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Slice into bite-sized squares and serve.
Notes
Peanut Butter: I used Jif. You can use your favorite brand of peanut butter but I do not recommend using a natural peanut butter as the fudge won't set up properly. Frosting: I used Betty Crocker Vanilla frosting but again, feel free to use your favorite brand.Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
