They’re the perfect dessert when you’re in a pinch and need something quick and easy!

Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in peanut butter chips.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Scoop  1 tbsp of dough at a time, roll into a ball.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the top of the cookies are set. Do not overbake.
