Ingredients

– Butter divided – Beef broth – Hawaiian rolls – Thinly sliced roast beef  – Swiss cheese shredded – Provolone cheese – Worcestershire Sauce *all ingredients details below

Melt butter in a skillet. Add the sliced onions and season with salt and pepper.

Cook until golden and caramelized. Set all but roughly 2 tablespoons of the onions aside.

Add more butter and beef broth to the onions in the skillet. Let the liquid simmer for 10 minutes.

Cut the entire package of rolls in half crosswise. Put the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish.

Top the buns with the onions, followed by the Swiss cheese, roast beef, provolone cheese, and the top of the buns.

Combine butter with Worcestershire sauce and heat in the microwave. Brush the butter over the tops of the rolls.

Cover the baking dish with foil, and bake the sliders for 20-25 minutes.

Serve the French dip roast beef sliders with homemade au jus sauce on the side for dipping.
