Blueberry fluff dessert salad is a cool and creamy no-bake dessert perfect for potlucks and backyard BBQs.
Ingredients
21ouncesblueberry pie filling
1 ¼cupsweetened condensed milk
4cupsCool Whip whipped toppingthawed
½cupsour cream
2cupsmini marshmallows
1 ¾cuppineapple chunksdrained
1cupsliced almonds
fresh blueberriesoptional topping
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the blueberry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and Cool Whip.
Fold in the almonds, pineapple chunks, and mini marshmallows until combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
Serve cold. Top with fresh blueberries and additinoal sliced almonds and marshmallows before serving, if desired.
Notes
Make sure to drain the can of pineapple chunks. Don’t include the pineapple juice from the can in the salad. It will water it down.Make up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerate until serving.Cover any leftover salad and store in the fridge for up to three days.
