Ingredients
1bagseedless grapesred or green
2boxesjello mixyour choice of flavor
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear a space for it in your freezer. Set the baking sheet aside.
Remove all of the grapes from the stems and rinse well in a colander. Add grapes to a large bowl and fill with water. You’ll want to keep the grapes in water until you get ready to roll them in the jello powder.
Pour jello powder onto a plate or shallow bowl.
Working with a few grapes at a time, roll wet grapes in the jello powder until they are well-coated. Use toothpicks or spoons to remove the grapes, gently shaking off the excess powder, and set them on the lined baking sheet. Repeat this process until all of the grapes have been coated or you run out of jello powder.
Place the grapes in the freezer for 2 hours. Then transfer to a freezer bag and return to the freezer until ready to enjoy.
Notes
We used red and green grapes but you can choose any variety or kind of grape you like. Just be sure to select firm, plump, and juicy green grapes. We used strawberry jello and green apple gelatin but you can use any flavor of Jell-O or gelatin that you prefer. Feel free to experiment! As the grapes thaw, the colors may begin to mix. To avoid this, it's best to keep the grapes frozen.
