Slow cooker Philly cheesesteak sloppy joes are a tasty twist on a classic, made in your crockpot for an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1poundground beef
1small oniondiced
1small green bell pepperdiced
1TablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1Tablespooncornstarch
½cupbeef broth
6slicesprovolone cheeseor 1 ½ cups shredded

Instructions
To a large skillet, add the ground beef, onions, and green bell pepper. Cook, stirring often, over medium-high heat until meat is browned. Drain off any grease and transfer to your slow cooker.
In a small bowl, stir to combine the cornstarch, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cook on low 4-6 hours.
Remove the lid and add the sliced cheese. Replace the cover and allow to cook for a few minutes, until the cheese is melted.
