Strawberry fluff salad is an easy dessert salad made with strawberry pie filling, pineapple chunks, Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, and a few other simple ingredients.
Ingredients
121 oz. can strawberry pie filling
1 ¼cupsweetened condensed milk
4cupsCool Whipthawed
½cupsour cream
2cupsmini marshmallows
1 ¾cuppineapple chunks
1cupchopped pecans
Fresh strawberrieschopped, optional
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the strawberry pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and Cool Whip.
Fold in the pecans, pineapple chunks, and mini marshmallows until combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. If desired, top with chopped strawberries before serving.
Notes
Make sure to drain the can of pineapple chunks. Don’t include the pineapple juice from the can in the salad.Make this dessert salad in advance up to a day before you want to serve it. Store it in the fridge until ready to serve.Cover any leftover salad and store in the fridge for up to three days.
