Cuban sliders are a fun, finger-food spin on a classic hot sandwich. Perfect as a shareable appetizer or easily made into a filling lunch or dinner, these Cuban sliders are versatile, tangy, hearty, and super tasty!
Ingredients
112 pack Hawaiian rolls
2-3cupsshredded roast pork
½poundsliced ham
6slicesSwiss cheese
⅓cupsliced pickles
1Tablespoonyellow mustard
⅓cupbutteror more as desired
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
Using a large serrated knife, slice slider buns in half through the middle to separate the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottom halves in the casserole dish.
Layer on the shredded pork, ham, swiss cheese, and pickles.
Cover the sandwich fillings with the top of the sandwich sheet.
In a small saucepan, melt together the butter and yellow mustard, stirring until completely smooth.
Pour butter sauce over the sandwiches, using a pastry brush to ensure an even coating.
Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, until sandwich tops are lightly browned and butter sauce is absorbed into the rolls.
