These air fryer roasted potatoes are perfectly seasoned with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and make for a quick and easy air fryer side dish.
Ingredients
1poundbaby red and/or Yukon gold potatoesquartered (I used both)
1Tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
¾teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsaltor to taste
½teaspoonpepperor to taste
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F degrees.
Add the potatoes to a large bowl and toss with olive oil. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, tossing to coat.
Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry the potatoes for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, removing the basket and tossing the potatoes halfway through.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
For best results be sure to layer the potatoes in a single layer in your air fryer basket. This may mean cooking in two batches.Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
