Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots are packed with tropical flavor and easy to make with coconut rum and blue curacao.
Ingredients
13 oz. package Berry Blue Jello mix
½cupboiling water
¾cupcoconut rum
½cuppineapple juice
¼cupblue curacao
whipped creammaraschino cherries, and fresh pineapple wedges; for garnish
Instructions
Add jello mix to a medium-sized bowl. Stir in boiling water, and mix for 2 minutes, or until Jello is fully dissolved.
Stir in coconut rum, pineapple juice, and blue curacao. Cool for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Pour into containers and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours (or overnight).
Top with whipped cream and garnish with maraschino cherries and/or fresh pineapple wedges before serving.
Notes
Place your jello shot cups in a baking pan or muffin tin to easily carry them to and from the fridge.I always suggest making your jello shots the night before your party or event so that they will have plenty of time to set.
