Notes
Store leftover French toast in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Or freeze for up to 3 months. To freeze, wrap each piece individually in plastic wrap, or place a piece of parchment paper between each piece, then place in a freezer baggie. Reheat in the toaster oven (recommended), in a skillet or griddle, or in the microwave.
