12Hawaiian rolls
1 ½cupsmarinara sauce
2cupsmozzarella cheeseshredded
¼cupbutter
⅓cupparmesan cheesegrated
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
Using a large serrated knife, slice through slider rolls to separate top of the rolls from the bottoms. Do not separate the individual buns. Place bottom halves in a casserole dish. Cover with an even layer of marinara sauce. Place a chicken nugget on each bun and top with the remaining marinara. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place on the tops of the rolls.
Melt butter in the microwave or using a small saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush onto bun tops.
Cover with tin foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are warmed through. Remove the foil and bake for 2-3 additional minutes, until the buns are golden brown.
