Sugar Cookie Bars

These sugar cookies bars are thick, chewy, and topped with a thick layer of creamy buttercream sugar cookie frosting and, of course, lots of rainbow sprinkles!

You Will Need:

Cream together butter, shortening, and sugar until fluffy. Mix in 1 egg at a time. Add almond extract.

Step 2

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

Step 3

Bake the cookie bars for 25 minutes. Prepare the buttercream sugar cookie frosting.
