Rich dark chocolate Halloween cookies with a fun surprise hiding in the middle – a creamy slime-filled center!

Ingredients

Combine the cheesecake filling ingredients, adding food coloring to reach your desired shade of green.

Scoop out the filling and place it on the lined baking sheet.  Freeze for at 2 hours.

Beat together the butter, and sugars until  well-combined. Mix in the egg, milk, vanilla, and black food coloring.

Add food coloring as directed. Stir in the dry ingredients to form the dough.

Chill the dough. Roll into balls and place on a prepared baking sheet.  Use half the black dough.

Place a cream cheese ball in the center of each. Top with more of the black cookie dough as directed.

Add sprinkles, gently pressing them into the top of the cookies. Chill the dough then bake!
