BLT Ranch pinwheels are an easy roll-up appetizer packed with classic BLT flavor plus the addition of a creamy ranch dressing!


– Flour tortillas – Cream cheese, softened – Mayonnaise – Ranch seasoning mix – Strips bacon, cooked and chopped – Romaine lettuce, shredded or chopped – Diced tomatoes all ingredient details below


In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning.


Lay two tortillas together on a flat surface with the edges overlapping. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.


Add the bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. Starting at one end, roll the tortillas up tightly. Wrap the log in plastic wrap.


Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas. Place the tortillas in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.


When ready to serve, slice the tortillas into one-inch slices.
