INGREDIENTS

– Olive oil – Garlic cloves, minced – Asparagus, rinsed and trimmed – Soy sauce – Water

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add minced garlic & cook for about 1 min, until the garlic begins to turn golden brown.

Add asparagus, soy sauce, & water to skillet. Roll asparagus to coat & cook evenly.

When asparagus is tender, but firm, remove from heat & serve immediately.
