In a bowl, stir to combine maple syrup, Dijon, and dry mustard. Add the pineapple chunks and pineapple juice, and mix until combined. Set aside.

Unwrap your ham and remove the netting. Wrap the ham in a single layer of aluminum foil.

Place the foil-covered ham into your air fryer basket and cook at 290°F for 15 minutes.

Open the air fryer, peel back the foil, and drizzle the glaze over the ham. Re-cover with the foil and cook for 25 more minutes.

Open the air fryer again, peel back the foil, and use a basting brush to cover the top of the ham with the glaze.

Return ham to the air fryer uncovered to cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.

Allow the air fryer ham to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve drizzled with glaze or topped with additional pineapple chunks, if desired.

Serve & enjoy!
