These old-fashioned peanut butter cookies have a cripsy, golden brown outside and a soft center, just like the ones that grandma used to make. 👉

Ingredients

1

Using a stand mixer and a  bowl, beat the peanut butter with the butter until smooth.

2

Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, beating until fluffy. Mix in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla.

3

In a bowl, whisk to combine the flour and baking soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir together until just combined.

4

Scoop dough into 2 Tablespoons size balls and place on the baking sheets. Using a fork, press down to make a cross-hatch pattern.

5

Bake for 12-13 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool fully.

Serve & enjoy!
