INGREDIENTS

Beat butter, sugar & vanilla together until smooth & fluffy. Mix in the egg.

In another bowl, whisk to combine the flour, baking powder & salt.

Gradually combine the dry & wet ingredients together.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap & chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.

Roll out the dough and use your choice of cookie cutters to create your cookie shapes!

Bake for about 10 minutes.

Make the icing as directed & frost the cookies. Top with sprinkles if desired!
