This easy crazy cake recipe is made without eggs, milk, or butter. The result is a rich, fudgy & moist chocolate cake with a tender crumb.

INGREDIENTS

– all-purpose flour – granulated sugar – unsweetened cocoa powder – baking soda – salt – vegetable oil or canola oil – white vinegar – vanilla extract

Add the dry ingredients to an ungreased square or round baking pan.

Gently whisk the dry ingredients together.

Create wells in the mixture for the wet ingredients. Pour in the oil, vinegar & vanilla.

Pour water over the top of the cake.
