– Yellow cake mix – Eggs – Creamy peanut butter – Vegetable oil – Granulated sugar *measurements below

In a large mixing bowl, mix well to combine the cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil.

Form dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each dough ball in the granulated sugar and place 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets.

Press down on each cookie with the tines of a fork to create a hatch pattern on the top and flatten the dough into more of a cookie shape.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
