St. Patrick’s Day Pudding Parfait Ingredients:
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- Green gel food coloring
- 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
- Whipped cream for topping
- Green sprinkles
- Clear cups or glasses

How to Make St. Patrick’s Day Pudding Parfaits:
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
Whisk for 2 minutes, then add green gel food coloring to achieve desired shade of green. Let pudding set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
While pudding is setting, add a layer of Lucky Charms cereal to the bottom of your cups.
Once the pudding is set, add 2-3 spoonfuls of the pudding to each cup.
Then, add a second layer of Lucky Charms cereal.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Serve immediately.

My kids love Lucky Charms, so they’d like these.
I would like to make these for my sons pre-k class but it says to serve immediately. Does it have to immediately be served? The lucky charms probably would become soggy huh..?
Unfortunately, you are correct- the cereal will get soggy. Maybe you could layer green pudding and cool whip in little cups then top with a few lucky charms just before handing them out to the kids? (I suggest cool whip over whipped cream in this instance because it holds up better when stored).
What kind of pudding (flavor) did you use in the recipe?
The first instruction says “Wisk for two minutes.” Wisk what for two minutes?
