Ingredients
 

  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • Green gel food coloring
  • 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Green sprinkles

Instructions

  • Combine pudding mix and milk. Whisk for 2 minutes, then add green gel food coloring to achieve the desired shade of green.
  • Let pudding set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • While pudding is setting, add a layer of Lucky Charms cereal to the bottom of your cups.
  • Once the pudding is set, add 2-3 spoonfuls of the pudding to each cup.
  • Then, add another layer of Lucky Charms cereal.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkles. Serve immediately.

    1. I would like to make these for my sons pre-k class but it says to serve immediately. Does it have to immediately be served? The lucky charms probably would become soggy huh..?

      1. Unfortunately, you are correct- the cereal will get soggy. Maybe you could layer green pudding and cool whip in little cups then top with a few lucky charms just before handing them out to the kids? (I suggest cool whip over whipped cream in this instance because it holds up better when stored).
