My weeks 14 and 15 weight loss updates on Nutrisystem’s Uniquely Yours Plan. Did I lose? Did I gain? Find out in this week’s update!
Week 14
Still going strong on Nutrisystem’s Uniquely Yours plan! I am still looking forward to and lovin’ each and every meal – and looking forward to the next snack. Each night I enjoy a sweet Nutrisystem treat (usually chocolatey) for dessert and I savor each and every bite.
Physically I feel great. I feel thinner and can see how much different my body looks. Even my face looks different. It is amazing.

Pounds left to lose: 55.6 lbs
Whoo-hoo! This week was a winner! 3.8 pounds down!
Week 15
I have a confession to make. As always, I keep it 100% honest with you guys. Well, this week I went on a 3-day trip to Lancaster County, PA with my mother to do some shopping and relaxing. It was a very nice little getaway and we had a lovely time. The thing is that even though I did try my best to order sensible meals at restaurants, I totally went off track.
As I have discussed previously, I eat 6 time throughout they day on the Nutrisystem program. I eat breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and dessert. While I was away I found myself eating less often, but more at each meal. We would ate basically 2 meals per day, breakfast and dinner. My breakfasts were very reasonable but come dinner-time I was way too hungry and ended up eating more than I should.
Lancaster County has a rich Amish culture with terrific, but not-so-healthy, food. At many of the markets they offer free samples. I was trying things left and right.
Then, there was that 1 night that we decided to go to a buffet…. need I say more?
I have said it before and I will say it again. Dieting while on vacation is so difficult for me!
So, of course I was nervous about this week’s weigh-in…

Total pounds lost: 29.4 lbs
Pounds left to lose: 55.6 lbs
No loss and no gain? I’ll take it. After week 14’s amazing 3.8 pound drop I am still happy with my progress over these past 2 weeks!
Onward to week 16. I am looking forward to hitting that 30-pounds-lost mark!
